You guys made my stay very pleasant! The place was overall clean with responsive staff members. The hotel had the best possible location a super close walk to Hoi an Impression Theme Park. A night market and a market were right next door. The restaurant here was clean with buffet breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the Old town and all the tourist attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the facilities including the pool were amazing. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the heat in July and a lack of streetlights in some areas, we felt safe and at ease throughout our stay. I highly recommend Gem Riverside Hotel for a wonderful Vietnam experience.
